Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: All Livestock orders are shipped via UPS Next day-Air from Monday-Thursday and typically arrive by 10:30am EST on the day of delivery. WYSIWYG Orders can be shipped out on the following business day. Cut To Order Frags are cut upon payment of the order and will ship 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. Some remote areas are delivered later in the day. We do everything we can to insure your corals arrive safely. You must submit a DOA (Dead on Arrival) email within 3 hrs of delivery (UPS Posted Time). Once the email is received and we receive pictures of the deceased coral, we will issue shop credit. The shop credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give store credit. Cream City Corals cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex Shipment to arrive late. However, we do everything we can to make the situation right. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
