Arrive and Thrive Guarantee

LIVESTOCK WYSIWYG CORALS: The majority of the corals on our website are WYSIWYG, therefore all purchases are final. Our system removes the coral once purchased and therefore does not allow other customers to purchase it. If you wish to cancel your order, we will provide you with a 100% credit toward future purchases (12 months), or we can refund your order with a 50% restocking fee in the form of store credit. 

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy: We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as described. A DOA Email must be sent to Creamcitycorals@gmail.com within 2 hrs or first attempted delivery by UPS. The email must include pictures of the dead coral both in and out of the bag it arrived in. If the buyer does not contact CreamCityCorals within 2 hrs of the first attempted delivery, we reserve the right to decline DOA coverage. This will be determined at owners discretion. Buyer must be at delivery location to receive delivery, failure to do so voids all DOA Coverage. Confirmed DOA's will be replaced in the following order; replacement coral the same as purchased, or if unavailable, in shop credit in the amount of the dead coral, redeemable for 12 months from the purchase date. CreamCityCorals cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex Shipment to arrive late. However, we do everything we can to make the situation right. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. 

Arrive and Thrive Guarantee: Should the buyers livestock arrive alive and healthy, but perish in the tank within 1 week of delivery, we will cover the coral through our Arrive and Thrive Guarantee. Corals will be covered in the following order. Replacement of same coral based on availability followed by 100% in shop credit for  12 months from initial purchase. CreamCityCorals reserves the right to decline this coverage. Coverage only applies to corals in initial order, subsequent coverage does not apply. Buyer pays replacement shipping. We want you to be happy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make the situation right.
