Cream City Corals Shipping Policy 

Overnight Shipping Information 

• Corals are packed and shipped with the utmost care for the animals. We use isolated containers to protect each coral and give them the best possible chance of a stress-free arrival. Each coral is double or triple-bagged and shipped with a large volume of water. We spend more on shipping to make sure your corals arrive safely. 
• Each order is shipped in a 1.5” thermally insulated styrofoam container to ensure stable temperatures are achieved. We use heat and cold packs when needed to maintain temperatures. 
• All Corals are shipped overnight. At checkout out please select the date you would like to have the corals delivered. Please note, we cannot ship without a confirmed delivery date
• We ask that you be present and ready to accept your package upon delivery; failure to do so may VOID the guarantee. 
• We will hold corals for up to 2 weeks from the time of purchase. Please contact us if you need special accommodations here, and we can do our best to help. 
• Extreme or unpredictable weather conditions may delay the shipment of your order. In this scenario we will contact you to pick a new delivery date.
• In person pick-up is available, this can be selected at checkout.
