For us, coral health and vitality is at the forefront of what we do. We want to provide you with the healthiest possible specimens so you can enjoy them as much as we do. When you buy from CreamCityCorals you can have 100% confidence we are sending you an animal in peak health. As a result, our team isn’t afraid to give you a 5 day commitment on the health of your new coral. 

Just provide us with a photo of your Cream City coral, (Originating from us) within 5 days of delivery. If your new addition does not stay alive for that guaranteed period we will offer you a direct replacement if available, or store credit if that replacement isn’t available. 

When providing store credit we DO NOT cover shipping fees associated with the order. If providing direct replacements, the customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.

The following applies to our Guarantee Policy 

  • Complete our Guarantee form on our website within 5 days of delivery

  • Answer any additional questions we may have as a result 
  • Removing the coral from the plug or base within the 5 day period will VOID guarantee
  • Discarding or rejecting package delivery as a result of damage will VOID guarantee 
  • Refusing to take clear and accurate pictures will VOID guarantee 
  • We are not responsible for D.O.A. as a result of shipping carrier delays or mechanical failures. If there are weather issues present we will advise against shipping. Shipping during extreme or uncertain weather without our consent will VOID guarantee.
  • Guarantee Applies to Shipments only, not local pick up. 
  • We have the right to VOID any Guarantee if we believe your system is not in suitable conditions to keep corals happy and healthy. (see ideal parameters below) 
  • Any store credit given will be usable for 1 calendar year 
  • Any order not shipped can be 100% refunded upon request, however once shipped, we do not provide order refunds, only store credit if direct replacement is not available. 
  • 5 day Guarantee applies to CORALS ONLY 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us from buyers. 
  • If you want to pick up your corals directly from airport hub, please communicate this with us and we can accommodate these requests
